Congratulations to the Perez Family!!

At the beginning of their home selling journey, my clients felt overwhelmed about getting their home prepared for sale, including decluttering and repairs. Plus they felt nervous about a smooth transition into their next new home.

However, the goal of attracting the highest number of potential buyers while maximizing the value of their home was reached by following my strategic approach.

After several months, the Perez Family completed the property enhancements, including decluttering. They did an amazing job of preparing the home for sale.

Congratulations to the Reynosa Family on the purchase of their first home!

Realizing the benefits of owning their own home, the Reynosa family became determined to make the jump to become homeowners this year. After my buyers chose a home they liked, I discussed with my buyers what the seller wanted and strategized, with my buyers, on what they felt comfortable offering, plus guaranteeing to the seller a certain amount over appraised value should the home not appraise.

In this competitive market, this strategy worked well for my buyer’s since they were still within their budget and felt comfortable with the monthly mortgage payments. Communicating with the seller’s agent and presenting a clean offer were also very critical to the success of our offer being accepted.
