The Baria family celebrates with joy on the amazing milestone they accomplished on April 6, 2023.

I first met the Baria family in the Fall of 2022. They were a busy couple working in the Bay Area and were tired of paying high rents. They were ready to relocate to Tracy, CA.

We started our journey together with a discovery call to find out all the details pertinent to purchasing a home. With a fully underwritten pre-approval loan, they expressed their desire on finding a home in a newer neighborhood with specific amenities all within a certain budget.

Every morning, I checked all the new inventory hitting the market and kept a close eye for a home with their specific requirements. One day, the perfect home became available, and I arranged for my buyers to view it. It was their dream home, and we proceeded with placing a strong offer.

Congratulations to the Carrasco Family! Los Baños, CA

The Carrasco Family achieved a major milestone of purchasing their own home today!

Their story began one year ago when they were searchng for a home via another Realtor. They looked at homes after homes and could never find the right home.

Fast forward to February 2023, when we first met. They expressed their frustration of not being able to find the right home. I worked promptly on their case and set-up a discovery meeting to find out all the pertinent information to get started on their home buying journey. The Carrasco’s were prepared to purchase their dream home by having a fully underwritten pre-approval loan by their lender. I then started to search for homes with the criteria they were looking for and sent them search alerts a couple of times per week. The homes interested my buyers, and we scheduled time to view them together. By March 10, 2023, the Carrasco family was filled with joy upon the purchase of their dream home!
